As massage therapists, we often work with people who may be suffering on various levels—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Empathetic connection is crucial to forging connection and delivering great results—yet it’s also essential to remain grounded in your practice of helping others.
In this class, we will explore cutting-edge skills to increase your effectiveness as an LMT—including meditation techniques to help you stay centered while you work; the art of great communication skills; utilizing compassion to affect people’s stress levels; and practical discoveries in the field of neuroscience that will help you to understand your clients better and hence get fantastic results.
Bodyworkers and others who are not required to be licensed may also enroll—please check with us through the Contact page.
